When you make a purchase, we may receive billing contact details and transaction information, such as your billing name and email, billing address, purchased plan or credits, transaction amount, currency, payment status, and transaction identifiers. Full payment card details are collected and processed directly by a third-party payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Content
Uploaded videos are processed to extract key frames, remove duplicates, detect slide changes, and optionally run OCR to convert on-screen text into machine-readable format. We do not claim ownership of your content, and it is used solely to provide the requested functionality.
3. Storage and Retention
We may temporarily store uploaded videos, extracted frames, OCR results, and generated exports to allow you to access, download, or manage your data. You can request deletion of your content at any time, and we will remove it from active systems within a reasonable period.
